Across every sector represented tonight, leaders are being asked to modernise faster, improve connectivity and
deliver better customer experiences - often with tighter budgets and smaller teams than the ambition requires. Growth creates different pressures in each sector. Retailers add stores, channels and partners. Manufacturers add sites, suppliers and operational systems. Service providers onboard customers with different tools, workflows and service requirements. In every case, greater scale can introduce more complexity, manual effort and operational risk.

This discussion will explore how organisations can grow capability without adding proportional cost and complexity, and where standardisation or automation can carry that load without sacrificing control. For service providers, this also raises the question of how to satisfy increasingly varied customer requirements without adding proportional onboarding effort, engineering capacity or long-term support overhead.
